首先说下价位，通过这几天 Google，大致有两个价位区段，水很深，很多地方并一定很准确~

• 1000~1500 RMB：翻新机/14天机/返修机，成色视价格（RP 不好还有打孔、飞线什么的，那些词汇偶都晕）
• 2300~2800 RMB：新机/全新/原装机

然后就是购买渠道问题了~主要有三种可行渠道，也是大家提的比较多的：

• 上海不夜城：到实体店现场买，偶等小白多是被宰的份？
• 淘宝：找一家信誉好的淘宝卖家，主意也不错？
• ebay：啊呀，国外ebay上买好像很便宜啊？

纠结来纠结去，结合大致价位，现在倾向两种选择：

• 淘宝：卖家信用好，1000 RMB 的翻新机，9成新以上，好用即可
• ebay：1）昨晚新鲜注册了 ebay 帐户，也有 paypal 帐户，也用 visa 双币信用卡激活认证过了，里面也有些美元，这些应该不成问题；2）这两天也在 ebay 上逛了好久，大致的行情是 翻新机 200 美元，新机 250 美元左右，如果这里的新机和淘宝上的新机一样的话，ebay 上更划算，算上邮费 30 美元左右（为了尽量避免海关抽检缴纳关税，排除 UPS/DHL等快递卖家及不全球发货的卖家，选择 USPS 邮政运输），总共 300 美元左右，折合 2000 RMB 左右。

当然我的初步选择是新机（果真新机？），ebay 上的一家卖家，最后 300 USD 不到吧（~250 USD UNLOCKED GSM + ~32 USD USPS Priority Mail International）。

上面这些是我的判断和总结，很多地方可能存在误区。希望大家在这里给点参考意见，然后再咨询几位熟悉的博友，及万能的推友，意见差不多，我也不会有太多的顾虑，嘿嘿。谢谢~ PS:欢迎follow偶的微薄sina@dreamfreeblog, 刚开通才5个粉

向 JustHost 发了一封邮件询问（考虑到出现同样的问题的童鞋咨询客服，附上我的邮件内容，仅供参考）：

当时这封邮件发的有点急，毕竟扣了我 40 多刀，能不急嘛…发信之后我看到那封自动支付的明细里有一个“我的预核准付款”链接，点开一看，原来是 Paypal 设置了自动支付，太邪恶了（关于Paypal问题较多的一个还有以前说过的PayPal收款要扣手续费用）。因此，除了在 Godaddy / 主机帐户里取消自动续费，Paypal 里也“暗含杀机”，弄的浑然不知。

关于这个玩意儿，大致是你购买域名或主机时默认附带同意了绑定Paypal自动续费的协议，”方便”为你的账户续费。

所以，如果你经常国外购买域名或美国主机，注意经常到你 Paypal 帐户里看看：我的PayPal — 用户信息 — 我的预核准付款，在这里，你会看到你可能会绑定的 租用 / 自动结算付款 / 分期付款 的自动付款或续费。具体如下图（点击图片链接查看大图）：

WordPress 3.0 默认升级包是英文版升级包, 所以升级后也是英文界面, 如果你怕后台全是英文眩晕, 那再等等吧, 等中文语言包出来.

simple tags 插件

这个插件几乎是每次升级的老问题, 以前也具体分析过, 不再赘述. 当然, 好消息是 simple tags 已经升级到了适用 WordPress 3.0 的最新版本, 升级 WordPress 3.0之前升级 simple tags 是最好的方法. 因为, 升级后, 出现”Simple Tags can’t work with this WordPress version!”, 我尝试按照 WordPress 2.9 的解决方法手工修改代码之后, 出现致命错误, 谨慎!

taxonomy.php 出现错误

如果出现如下错误, error: Call to a member function add_rewrite_tag() on a non-object in /home2/***/public_html/***/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 289

会造成整个博客系统崩溃, 管理后台及网站前台全部出现这样的错误消息, 那么你能做的就是 ftp 到你的插件文件夹, 删除可能会出现错误/或你暂时也用不到/或无关紧要的插件.

我这里的情况应该就是 simple tags 的问题, 当然我也同时删除了其它几个插件, 我现在能记得的还有 audio-player, widget-cache 等插件? 因为WordPress 3.0升级出现致命错误, 我慌张的删掉了好几个插件, 还有个别的不记得鸟…

根据 WordPress 官方论坛的反馈, Podcasting Plugin by TSG 插件也可能造成这类错误.

Google Sitelink 是 指向网站的内部网页的链接，一直觉得 Sitelink 是搜索引擎对网站内容导航、结构合理性或重要页面的反应。这次的 Sitelink 前两个可以说的通，都是头部里面的 page 链接，但第三个 Sitelink 是一篇日志，而且我看了下，也没有 PR，奇怪啊奇怪。

5 月份睡到自然醒填过一个，贴上来，点击图片查看大图。

关于W-8BEN表格填写，下载W-8BEN表格，用pdf阅读器勾选、填写相关空格，最后打印，手写签名，扫描（相机照的清的可以自己照，偶就是用单反拍滴），邮件附件发送。W-8BEN具体填写格式，可以看照片。

关于税表种类，有三种税表：

1. 1. U.S. Business or Individual – must submit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form W-9.
2. 2. Non-U.S. Business or Individual with income effectively connected to the U.S. – must submit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form W-8BEN.
3. 3. Non U.S. Business or Individual without any income effectively connected to the U.S – is required to declare No US Activities – No forms are necessary.

中国境内用户，一般建议填写第二种税表，也就是本篇说的W-8BEN表格，免税。第一种要交税。第三种声明与美国无任何关系（无任何与美国服务相关活动），也免税，只需回复邮件声明”I hereby declare that I do not have any income effectively connected to the USA” 类似一句话即可，无需填写表格，但这种情况说不清楚，什么叫没任何关系呢，小心美国国税局、FBI调查你，哈哈。嗯嗯，反正就是第二种比较保险，自己麻烦点，填个表格，方便审核通过。
