关于税表种类，有三种税表：

1. 1. U.S. Business or Individual – must submit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form W-9.
2. 2. Non-U.S. Business or Individual with income effectively connected to the U.S. – must submit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form W-8BEN.
3. 3. Non U.S. Business or Individual without any income effectively connected to the U.S – is required to declare No US Activities – No forms are necessary.

中国境内用户，一般建议填写第二种税表，也就是本篇说的W-8BEN表格，免税。第一种要交税。第三种声明与美国无任何关系（无任何与美国服务相关活动），也免税，只需回复邮件声明”I hereby declare that I do not have any income effectively connected to the USA” 类似一句话即可，无需填写表格，但这种情况说不清楚，什么叫没任何关系呢，小心美国国税局、FBI调查你，哈哈。嗯嗯，反正就是第二种比较保险，自己麻烦点，填个表格，方便审核通过。
